Our state-of-the-art whole-body cryotherapy chamber exposes the body to extreme cold for up to three minutes at -125°C, supporting faster muscle recovery, improved circulation, and reduced inflammation. For more localised needs, spot cryotherapy provides targeted relief for specific injuries or areas of discomfort.

Alongside cryotherapy, we provide a carefully curated range of complementary recovery services, including sports and deep tissue massage, infrared sauna, as well as specialist musculoskeletal treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, and muscle scraping, all tailored to support mobility, recovery, and long-term performance.

Our skin and body wellness offering is further enhanced by red light therapy and relaxing massage treatments and a range of facials, designed to promote relaxation, circulation, and cellular recovery.
