Deposits
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation.
A £50 deposit is mandatory for all bookings of £99.00 or more. The deposit is non-refundable if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
REFUNDS
Under no circumstances are refunds available. We are happy to offer clinic credit to the value of treatment(s) to be used against any other treatments or products available. Alternatively, we are happy for you to transfer / gift any remaining sessions to another individual.
Booking, Cancellation & Course Terms
Course Validity
All treatment courses purchased at The CryoLab are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within this time frame will automatically expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, no session will be deducted and any payment made will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
- Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the upfront payment or a session of your course.
Deposits – Treatments of £99.00 or more
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all individual treatments / courses priced at £99 or above.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
- Provided 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date.
Deposits – Treatments Below £99.00 in value
All treatments valued below £99 require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
- Payments may be transferred to an alternative appointment if a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session or payment made.
The CryoLab reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
